I could read faster instantaneously and comprehend better as well. Thank you so much. Now I get it what I was doing wrong. By keeping the tempo slow and reading word by word, I couldn't comprehend the whole line or whole para was about. It might be a understanding issue, but the best thing to do would be to use a pacer and chew gum while reading while listening to something keep your mind distracted.

Read casually for the first time then you will get 2% clearance and second time you will get it 20 % and the third time it will go for 50 to 60% and thats enough.

Suddenly come across the video, while preparing for my GRE vocab, thank god I opened my fb page after a month that too exactly at the moment, when yours video post, pops out from nowhere at top of my fb feed .
