sorry I didn't see your comment sooner, I don't know why KZbin didn't send me the notification. But I never had whistle nor did I really have a need for one. I don't even have my security job anymore, I quit.

Depending on the state Security can carry and utilize handscuffs to conduct what is called an "Arrest by private person". This is usually done when a person poses a threat to themselves, others or the officer and the person who posses the threat will sometimes be cuffed as a way to protect them and the others around them. Not only that depending on where someone does security can sometimes have the ability to perfom an arrest if their contract allows them to.

@@johndavidson8270 This is true, and that's how it should be. You need to learn how to properly observe and report before they even begin to think about arresting. If you can't observe and report.you shouldn't be armed or have handcuffs
