SCI Complete Paraplegic TH10/11 - 17 months
!!! I will undergo an epidural stimulation treatment in November 2021 to try regaining some motor functions, and will document my journey on instagram @jessonherfeet !!!
Wheelchair to floor and floor to wheelchair transfer as a T10 complete paraplegic.
It is a bit challenging with the spasms and the fact that my chair is higher than it should be for my height. I am practicing different techniques where to put my hands to pull myself more easily.

That's a great job, I am a to and idk if I can do that. I have done it with a electric chair, but I feel I would it a manual hair being it's alot lighter. Again great job.

I think it depends on the height and where you can hold yourself to pull up. Worth trying

What’s your level of injury? I had a friend with a T5 SCI and her legs would sometimes spasm and bounce up and down in her chair. Do you have that type of spasm too? Thanks for sharing!

I am T10 complete. I also have spasms but strong ones rarely happen when I am on my chair but rather when I transfer in bed after sitting all day.
