You have to think of the pushback it creates too... not a whole lot of characters have access to reach Tremor after his 2nd (potentially 3rd) DB1... That and it can be back dashed.

Because its a projectile the game takes what is is on block which is minus seven but projectiles changed frame data depending on distance
