Dude at 17:40 is smoking. Doesn’t he know that can cause lung cancer? 🙂

He's just holding it.... Playing like he's really smoking... Those chemical fumes @ 25:25 is what really causes cancer...🪣

this video is really impressive! you did a great job breaking down the process. however, i can't help but wonder if the environmental impact of e-waste processing is really worth it. like, can we truly justify extracting gold in this way when so much waste is generated? just curious about others' thoughts on this.

I can only imagine how the whole area where they burn the boards smells like. They'd probably be able to recover more gold from the chips, probably some palladium from the capacitors as well. Not that burning those would smell any better... Also, I couldn't help but notice the one guy who had enough common sense to wear a mask when working with this stuff. He's probably a first generation immigrant from somewhere else, and isn't fully versed in the local traditions yet. 😄

Out of all of these videos I've seen, this really fascinates me. As a business ventureman, I'd love to do something like this in America. But I struggle with first world country woes. We need more of this in our modern world though. On a much grander scale of all things

Increbible use of ordinary objects as processing tools. Just use the parts of the scrap for tooling. Also the processing is way way better than the chemical methods of extraction.
