Unbelievable! 5 Hidden Bags of Groceries & Meds Found Dumpster Diving!

i saw another video, and i wanted to share here, about how important those things may be to someone else, though they dont seem important to anyone else. - years ago when i was little, i was in foster care, with my brother. my mom had issue to work out. - we came home at Christmas time, and we didnt have ANYTHING, my mom was flat broke, im surprised they gave us back to her. - she had gone around to dumpsters and garbage cans, to find us games we could play together for Christmas. my brother got a star trek model, the box was perfect and never opened! he was 11 and he was so happy. - in one of the trash cans she had found me a little plastic baby doll. she was dirty, one eye was missing, no clothes (my mama had to sew some for her). but because we had nothing, and my mama gave her to me, it was my most prized possession for a 9 yr old. - im 57, and i will never forget that doll. nothing will ever compare to her. things that mean nothing to one person, can mean the world to someone in our position had been that year, it meant EVERYTHING. 😭😭😭❤❤❤

@@erikadowdy2382yes but we need them or we will become like the old Soviet Union. Long miserable lines to enter a store only to be met with empty shelves. Their party elites got the good stuff. I do hate the corporate waste. I hate that goods are made in China and other places, shipped over here, and put on the shelves only to end up in landfills. I am trying to buy less. It’s good when people get this stuff out of the dumpster. It’s such a complex problem.

My dad worked in pharmacy for 44 years meds last a lot longer than the best by date. You do want to be careful not to have years past, but those meds are likely still good and worth keeping some and donating the rest to the homeless and needy. So many people in desperate need of what most people consider basic everyday med supply.

You might want to check the expiration dates on those meds. I don’t think they would have thrown out that much if it was still in date.

All that medical stuff can be used up to a year after expiration date. A lot of nursing homes do it.

For anyone wondering, a lot of medications don't "go bad". They may become less potent with time, but Ibu works fine even years out of code. So does nasal spray. Laxatives...probably not a good idea.

I don't know how long the episode I just watched but I dumpster dive as well and when I find shoes with no matching pair I donated them to an amputation center it's something you can do also.... Think about it
