When I visit Jamaica I give more than one would imagine and from a child I was taught to respect each other but there is also a lot of ungrateful envious bad mind people who just waiting to find fault especially if you dressed a certain way no matter how simple you dress they claim you are showing off it’s like they wants you to walk around naked and yes some of these igglers will raise up the prices as soon as they realize you are a foreigners kmt

Tania you can use coconut water with lime juice to help take down your blood pressure. You can even use lime juice in your drinking water. I used this with my dad when he high blood pressure. Take care. Try it!!!!.

Hi Tania. I am so disappointed, offended and upset by this content and would really love to know the source of these outlandish so called facts. I would advise you as part of your research to spend just 2 years abroad and see how local people you thought you knew treat you on your return? Many returning residents are wary ( and rightly so) of people bent on doing them harm. The people from "farrin" give far more than they receive in return, they are often patriotic and want to see a better Jamaica. They support charities, schools, community sports etc. It's not helpful to create an us and them situation because it adds fuel to deeply entenched stereotypes and legitimises hostility towards jamaicans who you regard as foreigners. I know returning jamaicans who've been targeted, threatened with violence,robbed, scammed, overcharged for shoddy work work etc. The part about relationships and men/ women from farrin using locals is so unbelievably false it had me laughing. The foundation of any relationship in Ja....has a $$$££££ basis so who is getting played? I think u need a re-think on this one Tania.

Tania I've never experience that, are hear anyone share that. I think its individuals that traveled and upon return they don't have money to spend but paint a picture that they can. If only you know how some people live abroad, my dear it's worse then when they were living in jamaica. I'm from Mandeville, but living in New York, my dear i don't meet that person yet that will do anything for me without me paying them. I have the most ungrateful family, but i can't hate them and said o love God. When my son traveled with me he drives a rental,me i take taxi, only one taxi driver i know that will be willing to do me any favor. The rest of them, when i pay the taxi man they always get more , if the trip is $150 and i gave them $500 i don't wait for change, thats how i treat them Tania. Let me not even talk about the sellers in the market, they're worst😂

The percentage is low.. they give way more than they get when they come to Jamaica. I stayed at a family member home for 2 nights and gave $ and alot of stuff .. ...and she sent me a copy of her water and light bill I still have not gotten over it. While I was there she even plugged out her washing machine and grumbled that no one should use it. I find this offensive Tanya as most foreigners are taken advantage of when they visit.

If you stay with family even for a week or 2 you have pay all the bills and buy all the food and everything else include cooking gas,you get nothing for free ,and these are people who you were supporting all year round,you saying people don't want to give when so many youtubers including yourself doing charity building houses for people and providing support with foreigners money,foreigners always giving to the badmind Jamaicans them and not even good name they can get,as far as me is concerned most Jamaicans are scammers in some way,I am very wary of them,I would advice please talk about your own personal experience and not a general statement

Folks please don’t crucify Tania for this content. As she stated, she said some not all. She is speaking truth. This use to happen back in the 80’s , 90’s . Now that technology is so prevalent and more people are aware of what is happen in many countries and are also getting the opportunities to travel, I believe some of those behaviors have diminished. But she is right, it happens or use to happen and again not all does those things, some.

You are a hoot, the Jamaican taxi drivers, traders, have two prices - low for locals at least 50% extra for the "farin" Family take you to see someone - need gas money. Family tell you food cost plenty hinting that you from "farin" have money and have to pay. You left out the family with palms outstretched.
