I like most of the renovations with the removal of the original Spanish-tile roof being the main exception. I loved the Russian-themed theater but the I also love the modern design they created with the new one. They definitely should have left the roof in place seeing that this is supposed to be an Italian villa. As for me, the home is still to die 4 😁😁

I didn't even see what someone did to the his bathroom upstairs. Painted right over that beautiful dark wood . Unbelievable.taking into consideration the roof defacing and the vandalism on the inside, including movie theater, your going to have to knock another 20 millon off of the price .

They did a hell of a lot more than just the roof what a mess. If you don't know what you're doing leave it. Someone has ruined a good portion of the aesthetics of this home from the roof to the god awful grey grey grey everywhere. You destroyed the home theater. Even if you cut the price in half I still wouldn't bite. To much to FIX.

@@Jack-vt6cwI agree with you: the roof, the color of the pool, the elegant rooms off the garage is now a gaudy clubhouse. I didn’t like the Russian movie theater. I prefer this one. But idk why they felt the need to “modernize” this classic looking beauty.
