Yes, but not accurate, just like people in other countries... Malaysians can't park anywhere they want in Malaysia. we park the car in a place provided, or allowed. we do not park in prohibited places (maybe some who have no problem paying the summons)... I just worried about his statement creating a general perception that Malaysians like to park as they please. or maybe laws differ between countries. and also, his teddy bear looks like pig... hehe
