One thing I love about these videos, is the absence of the one thing we love the most in this country that I live in, United States of North America, meat. Most of the world There’s no such thing as a steak. Large private meat on the plate.. everything that I have seen in. This video tells me that the flavor of meat is there seasoning and flavoring every dish. it feeds so many more people, along with satisfying their hunger for meat.

I can guess many of the ingredients. Others I can see recognize and I know. But I wish I had confirmation on the ones that I’m guessing at. It really doesn’t matter in a way…. it looks delicious and quite savory., I wish it was possible for me to taste these dishes. I’m sure some of them, if not all of them have flavors, combinations, I’ve never tasted before. Often, hot food is eaten is as important as everything else that goes into the dish. The first time I tasted tiff bread, I was surprised, and I did not like it but when I ate it with the vegetables and leggings, (seasonings as well. ) it was most delightful. It may seem strange, that I am as adventurous, as I am with eating, because in the American restaurants where I live, I’m limited on what I will order and eat. I know what things are supposed to taste like, all too often I’m disappointed. This is why I usually only order foods that the cats really screw up, and will still be at least edible. When I am in a restaurant that has really good food, and good chefs, I will talk to the Major D, or the waiter ask them to order something that they believe is the best that lotta people pass over. I’ve yet to be disappointed. Often I’m given dishes that are prepared in a way I’m not familiar with, I always try it before I judge in the combinations that is presented.

Everything is fine except hygiene . No gloves no where to put de bread but de raw floor .

Their hands are obviously clean and it's most likely hot there so using gloves causing their hands to sweat would be more unhygienic. I doubt anyone died or caught food poisoning from eating their beautiful handmade breads lol

Всегда поражает , почему люди в теплых странах , где много солнышка , растёт всё - фрукты , овощи , зелень , злаки , орехи , так много едят мяса (говядина, птица ,баранина , рыба ...) ? Я жила в Египте 9 лет , какое-то время была вегетарианкой и даже веганкой , но мои египетские друзья приглашали прстоянно к себе на обеды , ужины , пришлось кушать , не обижать же моих друзей. 1,5 года , как вернулась в Россию , в Санкт-Петербурге холодно , почти всегда😂, здесь у нас фрукты, овощи, зелень дороговаты . А в Узбекистане, Турции , Египте и в др. странах можно прекрасно жить без мяса , но , почему-то именно там мясо , рыбу , птицу едят больше , чем в холодной России 😂.
