Have had a house with spiral stairs. It works just fine. Dogs quickly get used to it and you can put non-skid on the treads to make sure you don't slip.

@ivannightly19192 жыл бұрын
@@nelliehagen5267 on a quick look on mls looks like 1 -5 million if you start tossing in free bulldozers on a lake front must of been pretty good deal for the seller to the exception to this can be sheriff or tax sales then can be pennies on the dollar
@mountaincabinliving2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Ivan :) Although we don't dive into specific numbers, yes there was a sheriff involved, yes it was a great buy with a seller "in a pinch", and anything involving "million" is not in our ballpark. Cheers!

The bag the package is in is a driver release bag, meant to protect the package from the elements. 33 years with UPS. Although I cannot say tying the bag to fence qualifies as a proper driver release, but it looks pretty remote so probably safe to release it there.

OMG! He's talking about getting rid of the hawthorn! Hawthorn is a GREAT healer, especially for heart problems and high blood pressure. I say send me the berries! I NEVER have to pay for pharmaceutical drugs because I know all the herbs that heal (better than pharmeceuticals, btw) and where to get them. I have not had to use pharmaceuticals in so many years that I can't remember. And I'm in tip-top shape. I have not been ill with anything for many, many years, but I know how to take care of other people who need medicines... and they get well too. I'm 73 years old and still can do cartwheels. My grandkids love to do cartwheels with me while their friends look on in amazement.

That's amazing! Very happy for you!! However yes, a good majority need to be removed, as they pose a significant fire problem. We've consulted with several people, including our insurance company and with a DNR forester visiting the property to advise us. As with many things, there's ballance. Cheers!

Oh. Wow. Beautiful! About staircase ..safety concern for tenants especially. If foot orint of staircase is widened a bit, a multi 180 degree zig zag staircase would be safe (with a 'landing' for changing dirctions.) Also, add a landind or small 'balcony off of bedroom entru to stairs .. for a chair, dog bed, small chest, etc. If this is just one bedroom, a couple of Murphy beds might be great (even one in dining area .. combo fold down table AND fold down bed if needed?) I am in awevog the workshop and mezzanine .. with dormers or skylights on north exposure, it would be a great artist loft! Add a bath, microwave etc .. and Maybe add an outside entrance? This would be added rental opportunity. Congratulations!
