Yes VERY awsome that you pick up items you don't need and pass the nice things onto others! I personally hate to see anything thrown away bc i know someone out there can use it. I think bc that favorite neighborhood of yours throws out so many nice things that you guys need a small trailer that you can pull with any vehicle. It would also come in handy dumpster diving, would hold lots of treasures.😀

Great finds! Our 'rich' local neighborhood had what they call precycle today. We got a butcher block island, wicker trunk, stool, and a lawnmower. A bunch of 'smalls' too. We fix and resell as a supplement to my husband's retirement. So much fun and glad to have you as a kindred spirit!

Those stainless steel bread bins go for $50 on eBay in demand. My friend paid $300 for her table with center draw!! She uses hers for her laptop! Perfect for small apartments! She lives in a studio in Manhattan. Good move to take both since they r in mint condition. U can always throw out horrible furniture that ur sick of.

Those books are amazing. When we find rugs, big area rugs. I wash them in the driveway with the pressure washer. Let them bad boys dry or it's like dragging a body around. Roll them up, bring them in and vacuum the heck out of them.
