Bhai, that ASIA-Europe border is between Yekaterinburg and Pervouralsk highway. you can take a bus from Yektarinburg thats going to Pervouralsk city and get down at the middle of the highway. However while coming back it can be a problem as it is in the middle of nowehere so a taxi is ideal. It takes 500-700 rubles by yandex taxi to that place.
