You need to have a pre-filter before that water gets into the first tank and it looks like your downspouts may have alge growing in them. Based on the size of your tanks, and the water requirements that you have, your tanks should be able to supply all of your needs. Add a uv filter between your first and second tank.

You need to paint your tanks black or cover them from the sunlight. Plenty of people have said tanks for water need to be painted black or wrapped in black stuff so that the Algee dosent grow. Look it up

You need to have a sedimentation tank before filters and pretreat the water with chlorine and a sofner salt
