Hey, Paolo! It would be grear if you could show us cars and motorcycles being made in Japan. There are so many iconic brands out there: Honda, Mitsubishi, Yamaha. Also, some cars and motorbikes in Japan aren't sold in other markets, so it would be nice to check them with your storytelling. AND just in case you could interview or make a "Day in the life" episode with Haruki Murakami, it would be BANANAS! He's my favourite novelist. Cheers! Thanks for the content!

The dark outside of the caramelized meat is called 'bark'. That is the yummy part of beef when cooked. Also, here in the US, apple wood is a delicious BBQ wood. Almond, Oak and Apple are all good hardwoods. And Mesquite is also an amazing tasty wood to cook with. Fruitwoods will infuse meat with amazing flavor.

The sounds you make while eating, is exactly what a chef wants to hear. Believe me. Those sounds are the pinaccle of rewards. Why? Simple: Because you will never stop talking about those places. Word of mouth is the best advertisement you can have. It beats every other advertisement method in the long run. Stay crunchy.
@Boomdizzle993 ай бұрын
OMG Paolo. Every place shown here is a must visit now! Hopefully these restaurants know you are doing gods work with that amazing marketing. For my next trip to japan im atleast hitting up on or 2 of these on the tokyo days. うまっ!!

I went to Izumo for lunch today and I think the Don Quijote is a better landmark to recognize the building near. Also, there is a Uniqlo on the bottom two floors which is cool and handy in a different way. The staff is really nice and you can order by QR code(which will lead you to a site where you can select your items) if you're not confident in your Japanese. I paired the bowl with a Yuzu sour and it was the refreshing thing I needed after such a rich meal. I'm definitely going to try and head back there to try their other menu items. Note: If you're close to a major station like Nippori, you'll have to take a bus to the Asakusa Yokocho. To pay, you do have to go to the register as usual though.

I'm so hungry now. If I were Japanese I would watch your page. No one in Tokyo has visited all the restaurants.
