Hilarious stuff! It does show how tge GAA has transformed completely. It was set up in the beginning to promote traditional Gaelic sports but now its just a greedy corporation. Handball has been forgotten about, not by the people playing it, but by the GAA because its not as popular so they dont get money from television contracts.

Aussi rules hasn't taken off in the UK so I don't think GAA will. Sports like GAA take life long training and tradition. TV dosen't create sports tradition. It has killed snookers popularity.

...and let's not forget, Sky News tried to do an Irish version years ago and it failed, mainly due to the fact they left their corporate colours the same, rather than changing them to the colours of the Irish flag. If Sky fuck around with things like that, subtle things that go against the tradition, people will switch off.
