that place u saw mahakali is durbar square and that lha nakpo is actually known by name Gonpo. Have to be careful when visiting this poweful God. Just speaking from my own experience.

oh your BF needs full skincare lol get him into swimming and steaming for few months. He probably have gut issue. Obviously change in diet makes difference. sharing this as i had similar issue growing up and its frustrating when nothing was working
