I personally have hit a $900.00 Major on an 88 cent minimum bet, and I witnessed a lady hit the Grand at the El Cortez in Vegas, on a 88 cent minimum bet. It's really all random, and people who bet small have just as much of a chance as a big bettor. The only difference is, the smaller bettor gets many more spins
