In the Preliminary application form, I contacted a few professors and ask the letter of intent, and those professors who showed interest in me, I wrote their names in chronological order. Now in placement preference form, I have to write the same name of the professor or can I change and seek a letter of intent from a professor of a better university in meanwhile.
