I made ice-cream my self before without any cream. I whisked egg yolks with sugar. then mix the egg whites, sugar and mascarpone in a separate bowl. Make sure both are thickened. Then immediately mix them together for the egg whites not to fall. Fold it gently ( I don't use a recipe so just taste until it tastes sweet enough)then put it in a freezer. You can put in flavorings.

Formula is just milk powder and you can get some small packs for really cheap also you can get starch which is cornstarch from a shop. Shouldn't cost much. I know for a fact you have sugar and for milk you might have it in the fridge, if not you can ask your mom to give you some or ask your girlfriend to give you some

Formula is milk powder, I think it's quite cheap for local brand. If you want to use expensive brand it's up to you.
