You are so right, Edward. I'm afraid to say I see no difference between Nuns who do not wear a habit and regular single women. The Habit not only makes a powerful visual statement to everyone around, it has a powerful affect on the person wearing it. I truly hope the Pope and all these clerics who are trying to change the Church to suit their lifestyles are getting this same message and insight that Edward has just shared. We know that an incorrupt miracle can sometimes be partially or completely become corrupt. This will take time, and sometimes it takes hundreds of years. Hope that won't happen, but we do need patience as God works in His own ways. Wearing a habit or not is not the issue. It's the holiness of the person!

It's good for nuns to wear the habit as that show's they stand for God, like police are for law inforcement and the army etc for the protection of a country, uniforms show what a person stands for, and it's no small indicator that the habit of Sr. Was also preserved in good condition.

You may not believe this Edward, but I wrote a note to friends last week saying the same thing, i.e. that it was clearly a sign of encouragement for the TLM. As pilgrims will increase, they will experience TLM plus buy the CDs of Gregorian Chant.
