Hello Esther, I can't tell except I measure. What I did was use 1/4 teaspoon, 6 times. Oh dear, I forgot! Thanks for pointing that out. It went in with the sugar and oil. Already had it in the bowl at the point I added the oil.

My mind tells me 2/3 days but I can't say specifically for now, especially as it is baked with fresh bananas. Best bet is to refrigerate any leftovers.
