BEWARE, the fact a mattress is expensive is not a guaranty of quality and comfort. As the previous person we bought a top of the line Stearns & Foster and in less than 6 months is became Very uncomfortable. After complaining a technician was sent out to assess it but said nothing could be done despite it being under warranty and installed on proper boxspring. We have now switched to Tempurpedic and are hoping that it will be a better product.

I just bought a top of the line Stearns & Foster mattress and within a few days it started sinking all over the place. I've now had it a month and am so wishing I had my old junky mattress back. I paid a LOT for this mattress and it is worthless. I am hoping they will honor their warranty; otherwise I am out of luck because I cannot sleep on this horrible thing! I am in pain! Do NOT buy Stearns & Foster!!!

The Stearns and Foster I bought sunk within five days of sleeping on it. It was called the Susan. Please do not buy.

The worst mattress I have ever owned! Started sagging in two months and now I am sleeping in a crater! Have had the inspector come out twice. Sterns and foster makes them use this large plate like think to cover the impressions so the mattress looks ok. When the guy did the string test you could see 3 inch depressions but that didn't count! Gtuck with the worst mattress I have ever owned and 3 grand poorer.
