As shown in the video, you go to the marketplace, and then you click whichever app you want to install, then it would automatically install and be added to your apps list. For apps from the Playstore, like games and other apps like Netflix, Hulu, etc. You’ll have to login to your google account and then download them. The channels and movie apps included with the product are very basic and simple to use. I didn’t need any instructions on how to use it.

No. I haven’t experience lags. It might sometimes buffer to load the channel when you select them. But once loaded, it usually doesn’t really or often buffer.

These Unblock units last a couple of years only. Mine has been frozen suddenly and despite flashing with firmware to restore to it factory setup for recovery, all steps simply did not work. I guess the boxes have it limited life expectancy! Think twice before buying it!

How well does netflix work?

If you download and connect your Netflix profile. You will have to use a wireless mouse to scroll through the Home Screen. You can’t use the remote to scroll.
