In DHCP and DNS settings uncheck authoritative option.

Great tutorial! I did not have terminal service on my OpenWRt version 23.05.0. I downloaded the ttyd and luci-app-ttyd packages, but I do not know the configuration. I really like your ttyd setup and I could not find anywhere how to do it! Can you share your configuration?

and this error is comming "Note: local DNS is configured to look at odhpcd, but odhpcd UCI lease trigger is incorrectly set: dhcp.odhcpd.leasetrigger='undefined'"

You have to change DHCP file as shown.
