She does have a couple like 1" or 2" heel dressy "pumps" & flats - she wears mostly the flats for special going out stuff, but doesn't like to. Around the house she likes to wear those thick "cabin socks". It's a shame cuz her legs are pretty good actually!

I think that the 6-inch heels are very difficult for wearers with size below US10W. Short foot=steep angle.
