Been watching your channel since around 2016. Hearing you say how that Starcraft youtuber that you used to watch just decided to delete all his videos and channel one day all of a sudden made me realize how glad I am you're still around. I have always believed that with the no aiming down sights, a great weapon to play with would be a bolt action with no scope eg obv kar98, a more modern perhaps steyrs or m40, r7xx. :)

Kar98k or Mosin Nagant would be cool oldies to play around with. Like a slow-firing Deagle or Revolver type rifle with high damage, high skill expression, and higher mobility, like the "Scout", but without the scope. Other cool weapons to add could be a slower-firing harder hitting, but more inaccurate CT-rifle that could one-shot kill with a headshot, like the AK-47 is for the T-side. Something like a SCAR-17 or a similar weapon with the more powerful .308 (or 7.62x51) caliber, and a lighter, but more accurate option for the T-side, like the more modern AK-74 platform

We already had our own buy menu in GO; you had to pick between what pistols you wanted as an option before the game. They did clean it up, though, and I think there are now buy menu combinations that weren’t previously allowed (I can now add both the a4 and a1-s instead of being forced to choose one)

they might add guns that function the exact same as lets say the AK but they make it a different gun with different sounds and skins. So the balancing side stays the same: fire rate, spray patterm, mag size, damage, etc.

It's funny you mention HuskyStarcraft (H to the Usky, Husky!) I was a fan of his too, and remember the shock in the community when he suddenly up and left without a word. Him and HDStarcraft both did that, but HD seemingly just quit without deleting his channel. What was shocking is that both of these guys were huge in the community at the time, and both got over 100k viewers on each video they did so they really were probably making some decent cash. Regardless, Husky was particularly heartbreaking - come to find out he disappeared to create a new channel/manage his then gf, now wife, Rosanna Pansino. Yes - the famous youtube baker.

PC Gamer did an interview with Valve last year and they confirmed they plan to add new weapons. They said it wasn't top priority at the moment but makes sense with the loadout system implemented and the way the buy menu works now.

I personally despise the limited buy menu, I've seen people argue as if it provides additional strategy, but all it does is make already rare weapons see even less/no use. They should just have the current selected ones as "favorites" for easy access, then have a button to open so you can buy weapons from the rest of the arsenal. There is no strategy to pick weapons before the match, especially since you don't even know what map is going to be played lol

i was able to make it into one of your unboxafragathon videos once when you held them on your own servers and you just talked with your viewers. unfortunately my humor and my voice was that of a 16 year old (because I was a 16 year old) and I yelled in the mic bc I killed you and I was like "I JUST ONE DEAGED WAROWL" and it was horrible and i was too embarrassed to keep talking. as an adult i look back on that video of meeting my idol and realizing that i ruined the chance to talk to you bc i was too young and nervous, but it was still my favorite memory in csgo. better than hitting global and better than hitting level 10 faceit or dropping my first 50 bomb, it was talking to you one time because i happened to check twitter 5 seconds after you posted an IP for your deathmatch. keep up the good work, and thanks for being an idol to so many young people who arent so young anymore :)

Just a tip, using the scar is SO much better when you actively shoot the head and not the body :) you get multiple quick chances at the head, and because it's a headshot it doesnt feel so bad to play against. And those moments of headshots after headshots on a team is mindmelting.

I still remember the 1.6 vs Source debates, the launch of GO, and let's be honest: up until the launch of CS2, people would dunk on GO all the time and beg for a new CS. Here’s my two options: 1) 1911: This would be great, 7 bullets in pistol and 2 additional magazines. Great damage, slow reload 2) Striker 12, shotgun, 4 more rounds than an XM but lower range. Having the damage and extra 4 rounds in the drum will definitely compensate for it.

When you were talking about the awp alternative it could be like in cod black ops 2 where the dsr was slower moving and with aiming and a one shot waist up vs the ballista which was quicker, you could move better but chest and up is a one shot
