Yes. I agree. A substantial booklet is my favorite inclusion in sets like these. I am always reading, and cannot get enough of these wonderful essays, interviews, etc… I will say, I would like to delve more into commentary tracks. They are an embarrassment of riches in terms of extra history and content behind the films we love.

Thanks for unboxing this set. I've been really curious about it. I'm very interested in feminist and queer cinema, so looks like I should pick this up. It's so important (for everyone!) to look beyond the mainstream canon and watch films made by marginalized and historically overlooked groups.

I couldn’t agree more. Marginalized and overlooked groups deserve their spot in film history just as much as the biggest blockbusters ever made. Unfortunately it comes down to lack of distribution and money. I hate that it comes down to that. But I’m so happy we’re receiving restorations on these important works, and that we have labels going to bat for them. I will always support these types of releases. I hope you’re able to get a copy.
