Unboxing | 1/120 SMRT C151 Mass Rapid Transit Train (1987)

On 8 July 1986, the first C151 trains were delivered to Singapore and unveiled. 37 years later, we now have a unrefurbished C151 train model! It was released to the public to buy at 12pm at Masterpiece Collectibles, and this is the first ever MRT train model in Singapore.
At a cost of $45 each, you can expect to get 1 carriage of the C151, with a very detailed and high quality train model. The train number (3001) and the SMRT logo is also there. You can also see the seats inside as well, and also sort of connect the carriages together if you have 2 of these trains!

I think C151 001/002 is in diecast model for now; but the MRT train is undergoing long-term restoration. They might be given 2007-based restoration, or even better to 1987-based restoration.

For me, i bought my train model at masterpiece collectibles shop, but if you want to get it online, i recommend finding on shopee or carousell (tho price might be slightly higher)
