sometimes? the only way I'd be able to go without opening a package is if I put it down and lost it. Then I'd tear the house apart looking for it! lol. Then again if it was just a small thing I might just buy another and hope I find the other someday :-)

Dry Markers are an alternative to traditional Highlighter Markers. I would imagine that they are designed for office and study work -- you can highlight text in a book or on paper text, just like a traditional Highlighter marker, but because it's a pencil it's "dry" It won't bleed through the pages of a book or paper and won't dry out like felt type markers can. . I have to admit I chuckled a little through this video because you came across items that I'm very familiar with because of working in offices for many, many years. They're new to you, but they have been around a long time (the Stabiler marking pencil has probably been around for 60 years or more - it was originally used to mark non-porous things like glass as well as paper.) I enjoy your videos so much. Can't wait to see what you create with the contents from these two boxes. Thanks, Jackie, for all your sharing.

they are called dry markers because they don't have liquid ink
@silkeschumann72617 жыл бұрын
Dry marker means you don't have to worry about bleed through the pages when you mark a section in your book. The pencils are transparent and very bright in color. And probably still wax-based like any other Koh-i-noor pencil. You can use mineral spirits if you want to dissolve the color and blend them or just have a smoother look without white showing through.

I don't care for cherry flavored candy or any thing like that either. If they are real cherries then it's okay but the fake stuff reminds me too much of cough drops or cough syrup. My middle son used to get cherry slurpee's so he wouldn't have to share with me, even though I paid for it, lol.

I've used highlighters on Strathmore 400 class Marker Paper and if I do more than one layer it will make the paper pile, peel, tear, or whatever the word would be. It sounds like you were experiencing something similar when you layered them on your paper. I think it's just the way the highlighters work on paper with a tooth. I want to get a smooth marker paper and try it on that.

Watching this video straight through and youtube keeps interrupting it.
