Please help me. My handles shaking a bit. Is it supposed to be shaking or is there something wrong in my scooter. Please reply, I do not know what to do. Is it normal for my scooter handles to shake?

Check the handles if its properly locked and tighten the screws, most probably theres a loose end thats why its shaking

There's also the 7EF V2 which lacks the front suspension but retains the same features as the 9EF V2

It depends on the country, some countries its available, some are not, in HK only 9EF V2 is available

Which one the 7ef or the 9ef, decathlon any country is always less prices, but cannot compare to prices in the middle east which is higher

So far no issues for 9XL. But yes for 7XL theres a big recall for its suspension lalo na pag made in portugal, pede yun iexchange sa kahit saang bansang may decathlon and it will be replaced with new one or u can even upgrade with different model, same price ng purchase mo padin refund nila sa 7XL

No, keep it for a better air flow, the drag must ba less atleast while its there

Is there an anchor point to attach a shoulder strap? I believe the v1 had one included but I don't see it in v2.

Yes there is an anchor, however the strap doesn't come included on v2 anymore

There's silver thing you use clip the back wheel when folded. Its the same thing u will use to attached the other side of the strap.

Could be a factory defect, head to the nearest decathlon and bring your item there, they will replace it immediately, there shouldn't be any anonymous sound on it if the product is in perfect condition 👌

Yes, this scooter is design up to maximum height of 195cm 👌 (weight wise should only be 100kg max)

Kasya naman sya dun sa travel bag na nabibili pero sobrang tight sa both V2 either ef7 or ef9. With regards naman kung anu piliin mo 9 over 7. I suggest kung gamitin mo sya urban mas maganda 9 kase full suspension sya, stiff kase yung 7 sa bumpy road unless maganda yung pathway na lagi mong dadaan 👌
