The aston martin casting looks great. I have the hotwheels version, so when I find this one, I need to compare the two of them. I have never seen some of these castings, so hopefully, down the road, they show up at some point.

I did not realize the RX3 was all metal, I missed the usual source I get my diecast from, as I did not know till now, but I did manage to scoop one up in the UK for a fairly good price. For the price they charge for these, you think they would all have metal bases, not just one every now and then, its better than none at all though.

I do like the matchbox collectors line and I feel like it is one dandy of a set. The only thing that hurts for this mix is some of these models are vintage but really Matchbox does modern models. Plz reply

I measured the Matchbox Aston Martin V8 Vintage, its in 1/64 scale, the Johnny Lightning Version is too long, dont have the Hot Wheels Version right now. 😃

Mustang is just perfect. I am glad I found one in store. Last years last model was also a very nice corvette c8 with 70 anniversary livery. They make perfect good byes to year. I think aston martin deserved metal base. I also think it is not as good as HW version. Rx-3 is acceptable with metal base. Jeep is such a filler.
