With $200 you are very limited like VERY limited on options Monitors will always have a lot of delay the fastest ones are oled monitors but those are easily $600+ Also there is no " best " tbh I would watch reviews on monitors and go from there. Maybe watch something like " top 5 ps5 monitors " But I would recommend these specs. 120-144hz vrr compatibly ips panel 24-27 inches
