Dont say she sent you in return for your favors, she is your mom. Moms dont have to return favors. You did your job as son. I hate the attitude towards elderly in western society (not talking about you) not living with them or helping them, sending them to old age home. Thats insulting. Think in this way, they had choice to not take care of you fully but they did and you should be grateful and thankful for it for rest of your life.
