How do you turn the tablet on? I been having trouble turning it on

The on button should be on the top left corner of the tablet. It will be by the volume buttons. You can also see at 1:59 to 2:02

No the skytex sky pad 10s is too old to accept the same update as the sky pad 10 max and sky pad 10

It might be because the chip is either damaged or you might not be putting it correctly into the slot. Or maybe the slot is damaged. I’m not really an expert at these stuff so I recommend you contact your device carrier

No you can not. It doesn’t have that feature like the Samsung tablets or iPad. It’s like a knock off kind of thing
