my akko just arrived today, the same one as the one ur using but mine has pink switches and for me I CERTAINLY LOVE IT, it's just perfect!!! it's beautiful, my last keyboard was a HyperX Alloy and it was good but now this is GORGEOUS I just cant wait to use it for a long long time, Akko might have just become in my favorite keyboard brand, I just certainly love it!!!!

This keybord is magnificent OMG!!! Could you explain the difference between the switches? (pink/orange/cherry mx... I'm confused 😅) oh and have anyone tried to use the keycaps on an other backlit keyboard? I wonder if it works because I just love this aesthetic but not having the backlit is annoyibg to me...

hi!! for mechanical keyboard switches, different colors indicate different feelings & sounds while typing. for example, gateron (the brand) brown and orange switches are tactile feeling, meaning they have a light bumpy sound when pressed. linear switches (for example, cherry mx [once again the brand] reds, gateron pinks & yellows & reds) move straight up and down when pressed. there are also clicky switches (cherry mx blues, gateron blues) which have a higher pitch and more pronounced bump when compared to tactile switches. different colors also require a slightly different level of force when pressed, but that rarely changes the sound, just the feeling when typing. in regards to the keycaps and backlight, these caps will work just fine with backlight. the light will show through under and around them, just not as bright as it would be with double-shot keycaps (these are caps that have a transparent letter or number on it, letting more light come through) or pudding keycaps (caps that have transparent sides). sorry for the big information dump, i hope i could help!

i think the switches sound very scratchy but most people when they dont like their switch sound will just lube them, also the case is VERY echoey but some foam should do the trick and the stabilizers sound very good stock!

So I’m pretty sure she’s using a tablet with a keyboard & mouse. I’ve been wanting to get a small set-up like this for a while now but I don’t know if I should just get something similar to what she’s using or if I should just go ahead and buy a laptop. I will be using it to play PC games like COD, Star Stable Online, Red Dead Redemption - and so on. I don’t know if using a set-up like this will even work for those games since I don’t really know a lot about this stuff. If someone could give me some advice I’d really appreciate that!
