So happy to have both these Epics! Spider-Man has issues i've never read/owned in any format, which has brought me closer to collecting all 700 issues! So close now. And Avengers vol. 1 will be the start of my Avengers collection. I never bought Avengers comics as a kid because i only had enough pocket money to buy Spider-Man, X-Men, & Predator. So i want to get Avengers Epics chronologically to see how i like it, & have a smooth run from the beginning. I can finally start reading Avengers now! (Still waiting for Iron Man 1 & Punisher 1 to start those collections too).

I will be buying this book, but for me the really big deal with Spider-Man will be the epics containing the Roger Stern run

As always great video preview Kurtis!, cant wait to have both books This week we eatin good since we getting Xmen,Captain America and West Coast Avengers epics Hopefully in the next epic announcments we get a Spider-Woman! Its long overdue!

Pretty amazing really that Marvel don't proof check a copy for cover mistakes before there's a full print run. I'm reading Ultimate Spider-Man - all three issues have been excellent so far.

I’m certain they did proof check. Either they just didn’t notice, or something happened between the making of the proof copy and the start of the full run.

Do you think when they reprint EPIC Spectacular Spider-man it would include storylines already printed- "Kraven's Last Hunt", etc. If you were in charge of EPIC collections, would you, for example, have the SPEC EPICS SKIP the entire clone saga?

One of the main selling points about the Epics is that they don’t skip issues. So at the very least Spec Epics will have the Spec issues with text recaps. They could do all of Kraven’s Last Hunt but probably not all of Clone Saga.
