How would you compare this one to the Norseman in terms of fit and finish and overall quality?

Quality they are about equal. The difference I notice is the Norseman is like completely no resistances in dropping action. The Ishtar has a very smooth movement more glassy. But milling and finishing they are both top notch 👍🏻👍🏻
