I got the YK 4101 three years ago ,i am impressed by the capability. Now i am impressed by all the new features and of course the Nissan shell! I like the ESC and Reciever are seperated ,i like the scale Axelhousing,opposite driven rear axel,Interiour,full Lights with break and reverse ,tank drive. Looks like a Arctic Truck design.cant wait till end of january for delivering.

Yes! I bought the 4103 Pro when it came out and it's been one of my most reliable crawlers for the past 4 years or so. So i am very satisfied with this rig so far as a replacement/upgrade.

Well i think the Nissan badge might be a domestic market only feature? As i said in the video i don't believe this is actually a licensed body.

What scale is this? How big is it compared to a scx10 or TRX4? It just looks kinda smaller than an average 10th scale. Is the Patrol a mid or full size vehicle? It looks great regardless. I love the 90's style everything.
@RadioControlAbroadАй бұрын
It's a 1:10 scale and I think it's on par, size wise, with my SCX10.2 and Element Enduro.

Question. The one I am looking at in the description states and has pictured adjustable weight portal weights. I don't see that with yours. Was that an option when you ordered yours or is that something I can expect not to come with the truck?
@RadioControlAbroad17 күн бұрын
@@01XJBenjamin mine didn’t come with any kind of extra weights, what you’re looking at may be a different package? I bought front wheel weights for mine but it didn’t come with the box.

Does the plastic frame cause any problems?

@@deizer8218 it hasn’t yet, I was surprised how rigid it is. I was a bit disappointed since the 4103 had a nice machined aluminum frame with the Yikong logo on it.

I only took it in the water up to the wheel nuts, so i can't comment on the water proof-ness of the electronics. I'm guessing all of the LED's would be fried?

I really have to tell you man, it's incredible to see you unboxing a product that you don't seem to know anything about. You get the instructions by scanning the QR code on the box. You could have checked better instead of wasting (and making us waste) minutes and minutes waiting for you to figure out how to use that remote control. No mention of the steering damper. A feature that no other model has and that deserved to be mentioned. Nothing to say about the features that distinguish this crawler such as the special DIG system, different from all others. What to say then about the fact that you were surprised that you could not find the batteries. You didn't find them because this model is sold both WITH and WITHOUT batteries. Something I find smart because many enthusiasts maybe already have the batteries and in this way you can save a few tens of Euros or Dollars. Honestly your unboxing seemed to me to be very sloppy, not detailed at all and definitely lacking any form of indepth information. One can find out more by going to look at the model description on AliExpress than by looking at your “unboxing.” Forgive me, but you might want to be better prepared next time. Have a nice life kid, bye
@RadioControlAbroad23 күн бұрын
@@christianrotola3 greatly appreciate the honest feedback. This was my first real unboxing video so I have a lot to learn. I’ll be better prepared in the future.
@christianrotola322 күн бұрын
@@RadioControlAbroad Okay, I'm happy to read this. Sorry if I was rude and maybe too harsh but try to understand. I was there hoping to know a little bit more about that vehicle, something that is not indicated in the however long and detailed description on AliExpress and -- well you know the rest. From the bottom of my being Mr. Nobody I would like to give you a little advice though. Create an outline of what you need or want to say or communicate, a list of the positives and negatives of the item you are showing keeping in mind that it is only an unboxing and that the item itself has not yet been tested. Then create a series of clips where you express these concepts and others that you think are important, edit everything and check that everything is okay by putting yourself in the shoes of those who will potentially be watching. When you feel everything is okay then publish. I hope I have been helpful and good luck with your channel
