If your blade is not at 90 degree even if you have adjusted the lever full, then you will have to adjust the whole housing of the machine by overturning the machine. Thus to set the blade at 90 degree you will have to adjust the housing along with the motor itself. See if it works.

Dear Hassan It has normal noise. But it wont have soft start function. It makes abrupt sound when started but running smooth while cutting the noise decreases considerably low.
