This Da urban model doesn't have multi locking option, but they hide this in description. I could have bought some other model if they specially mentioned about only single tilt lock is available.

Yes, they don’t have that in the description. Moreover usually we don’t require multi level in regular use. Once In a while we miss it

hi is your headrest going down when you rest your head on it? because i just got this chair yesterday and when i apply even a little pressure on the headrest (after adjusting it) the headrest goes down to default position...

There is no locking mechanism for the head rest. So it will come back to its default position 🤐
