I was getting them from Russia. But I suspect not now. Amazon does still sell Vostok brand. Amazing dive watch. Quality is great and built like a tank.

Thanks. I regulate my komandirskie to +7 sec per 24 h. by putting small drop of superglue on the top of nose of precision regulator, in order to fix it to the bridge. Then it does not slide by wearing and shaking the watch. Recently it became my hobby to train russian tanks how to run like eta 2824-2. And they do learn.😂 Stay healthy Amigo.

My friend, I would not use superglue on a watch movement; however, if it worked for you, great. I was a tank troup leader as a young guy.

Gorgeous watch, my favorite within the Vostok international line.Yes, Boctok is Vostok in Russian, meaning East. I've got the one on a ss bracelet. Interestingly enough, the bracelet can't be put flat so it never touches the back case, kinda protecting it from scratches. But the one in the video is more functional. I'm not sure I got it correctly, sir, regarding the date change, you never change it which means you just ignore it and let a watch show not an actual date?

JD as a long time collector of Russian watches are you aware of the best Russian watch ever produced? ---> It's called 'Volna' or 'Wostok Precision'. Look them up on EBAY and let me know what you think. Made in the 50's and early 60's.
