I was about to throw in the towel. I’m an air head when installing stuff. You saved my night sir. Gonna see how they hold up to the wind tomorrow when driving. Hoping it’s better than the ones that go in the door hinges

@@explorationoverland I’ve been rolling with them for 3 days and have traveled at speeds over 70 and they have held strong. Just like you said. They wiggles from the wind only slightly but it doesn’t change the position. Best money I’ve spent on the jeep so far for under 150bucks

I just got these. The cool thing not sure if it was mentioned you can keep the grab handle bracket attached permanently. Also they had a good idea with the mounting ball except its bigger than the industry standard so most likely wont fit your gps or camera.

I didn't mention that, but yes, they can be left. I left mine there permanently. I do find it interesting that your mounting ball is larger than industry standard. The ones that came with mine were industry standard. I'm able to mount everything as long as it's not a ram mount to it. That's good to know for future reviews. Thanks.

I would have liked to see how they come off when you need to put the doors back on.

It's very simple. You unscrew the bolt that holds the mirror in place. You leave the mounting bracket attached to the grab handle. It takes up no space. I will keep that noted for future videos and do a disassembled segment.
