Hi, i noticed the photos get cut off at the top (comparing to originals), resulting in the white borders at the end of the paper. Do u frequently get this issue? And do you know how to fix it? As I have been having the same problem on my new printer, with my 3rd print cutting off half of my photo... 😭

Are the colors on the printout good, and is the quality consistent even after you've printed lots of photos? I really like the convenience of the sticky-back photos from these types of printers, but I've already had HP and Polaroid Zink printers, and they either print out with white lines or come out super discolored :(

For the color on the photo.. I feel it's acceptable as compare to the price of the machine. I also have Canon Selphy which I think the photo quality is better than Xiaomi.. But so far I'm still happy with it coz it's convenience and easy to use the photo to stick on my journal. I got it not so long ago... all the photo still looks fine for me now.

Oh.. So sorry to hear about what happened to you 😣 I really have no issue about connecting it to my iPhone since the 1st day I start using this printer. Maybe you can try to delete Mi home app and reinstall again? Sorry again that I can not help much on your issue 😭
