Hi, I ordered from them for about $140.00 3 weeks ago it was free shipping and they sent a free full polyester color chart with my order. The majority of my order came in less than a week after ordering, and I just received the last three cones Friday. I was so excited about what I had already received that I totally forgot about the last three cones.....lolol.

Can you please make a video on embrilliance and stitch art level 1, how they are connected to each other, what are the best sites to buy those applications as I was unable to get details on internet in brief.

Hi Manjinder. Stitch Art Levels are for digitizing your own designs. I'm not a digitizer so I don't use those modules much. If you select the link in the video design for Embrilliance it will take you to their site. They have the breakdown of all their modules.

I have Madeira thread but find that it breaks a lot so very frustrating! It’s nice to have another option other than Floriana which is so expensive here.

No. I used different brands of threads in my designs all the time. I have used this thread. I haven’t experience any issues.

My favorite is still Madeira. The thread is ok but the shipping is expensive. The Simthread is good too. Those two brands are my go to.

Thanks for sharing I ordered it as well I agree I only wanted a 6 spools and I also ended up order over 100. You could of ordered a free swatch card. Did you use the cross Reference to Madeira

Thanks for the video. Just got my first order and while I love the colors, I can't figure out how the spool will fit onto my Brother PE770. The end hole is way too big and just flops. Do I need a thread stand?

Yes. Definitely get a thread stand. You can get one from Amazon or if you have a Joann's by you, I know they carry them. Remember to use your coupon at Joann's.

I just ordered from them a few weeks ago and so far I like the thread. I also noticed that since I order about $150 worth of thread they sent me one of the thread color charts for free. Not sure if it was because of the amount I spent and since it was my first trimester ordering but you possibly could have gotten one of the books for free also. Don’t quote me on this lol.

Hi Monisha. My order was a little over $100. I have more thread coming my way. The box of the small threads seen to be a good buy. It was only $20 for the whole box. I'm looking forward to using the thread. I hope the quality is good and the color of the thread doesn't fade with time.

Hi, I just found your channel. This is late, but to anyone interested in ordering, when you register on the site they automatically send you a free color card. I had called customer service to ask some questions, and the rep was very nice and told me that's what they do. That way you can actually see the colors before you order. FYI, they send you the BIG color chart! for free.

I think the Madeira thread is shiner. The Candle Thread I used gave a more matted look.

Hi Mariline. The Ravon thread is a little shinier. So I sometimes use them if I want the design to have more shine to it.

Hi Wendy. No I didn't. Double check to make sure you gave them the correct email address. Another thing you can try is to create another email address on gmail or aol. and try the new one to see if it works.
