I got mine yesterday at a Black Friday bargain price I was amazed at tbe low noise and sleek cut. There are quite few differences between it and my maker 3 but it still live up tho rge challenge of clean cut. Thereis still room for improvements on fiture models but so far am totally satisfied ❤❤❤❤🎉

I was a backer. I have a unit too as of today. Bluetooth doesn't work for either myself or quite a few other backers. I can get the usb to connect but there simply isn't a Bluetooth signal.

Bluetooth was easy for me to connect. Did you connect your USB first and then connect your Bluetooth?

@@leniealexisdesigns yes. I feel quite depressed over it to be honest. I've been a backer since November. I love the Htvront range of heat presses but if something goes wrong, no one ever replies to emails. Now I have a broken unit and no one to help me. 😞

@@Just-a-girl I would reach out to Loklik through social media. They have a Facebook and tiktok. The machine does come with a 1 year warranty. I will make a video about troubleshooting soon.

@@leniealexisdesigns I have great news to share with you and please feel free to share this in your trouble shooting video. You may be the first to announce a solution 😻 I found out the issue with Bluetooth connectivity is NOT the cutter's fault. After hours of research and trial and error, the Bluetooth worked on my Windows boot camp partition and an external hard drive with Mac OS Catalina. The Bluetooth failed to pickup the unit ONLY in my main operating system, MacOS Big Sur. After reading quite a bit, it appears Bluetooth connectivity is a big issue in that particular operating system with some 3rd party devices. The fault lay in the MacOS Big Sur operating system. I upgraded operating system to Monterey and it connects perfectly..

Is this machine software downloaded and use directly to the computer? Or it is like Cricut I will need to sign in to their website to use it? What about my designs, can I save them in my computer hard drive or goes into my account with the company?

It's a software that you need to download. Yes, you can save designs on your computer.

Has anyone figured out how to add fonts to this software? I mean it is not the biggest deal, as I will probably be designing most things in my silhouette studio or SCAL 5 and importing the .svg file.

I just got one and I am having fits with it :( I am brand new to all of this. When I finish cutting, it completely sticks to the mat. I a so lost!

Hey you are the wrong mat for your projects. You may need a light grip mat
