That's weird. I bought two TD-H3s and they both transmit slightly over 5 watts on 2m and 70cm high power. In fact, it shocked me that they actually deliver the rated power. If I were you, I'd contact Tidradio about your results. The first one I bought was faulty with respect to CTCSS tones. They were very responsive and sent me a replacement, and the new one worked. I've read a few other horror stories on a TD-H3 Facebook group, so maybe their QA isn't great, but their tech support is great.

Have to turn Bluetooth on with one of the buttons on the radio, then it'll keep Bluetooth on fyi

@@Mal-u-Envy I feel like I’ve looked several times and have found anything related to a button for Bluetooth. Do you happen to know which one that is? There doesn’t seem to be anything in the manual referencing turning on Bluetooth on the radio. Ham-Solo K0FYR
