Unboxing and Tutorial ~ Scotch Pro Thermal Laminator | Rose's Review

Hey everyone!
I recently got this Scotch Laminator and plan on using it for future videos!
I wanted to do a little review/tutorial for this equipment. So far this Laminator has been great and so convenient!
Researching I found that this can be a reliable laminator. However, older reviews say that it stopped working after a bit. Curious to see if it will serve it's purpose and last! I've used a similar one at my previous job before and thought it worked quite well.

once an image is laminated, can it be removed from the lamination?

Good question! Once an image is heat sealed with a laminated sheet there is a possibility it can be removed again. With a heat source (hot iron, heat gun) applied near the corner to break the seal. Now as for the paper that is laminated it may or may not be damaged during that process.

@@theebloomingrose7309 Thanks so much for the prompt answer! I was afraid of that. I was thinking of protecting old photos. I can see this is not the right solution for that but looks like a fun machine for so much more. Thanks for the information

@@charlenasutherland Absolutely! I actually have used a Laminator on photos that I wanted to protect for as long as I can. For the most part it seems like a good solution to seal them but if you would like to remove them later then probably not. Maybe a plastic sleeve for photos might work? :)

@@theebloomingrose7309 Yes, I have various sizes from the early 1900’s til now. Most recent photos are digital of course but the old ones are in various conditions but mostly good. Family photos from 3 sources so volumes. Lol. Thanks for your input ☺️
