I wished Arrow didn’t copy Criterion’s asinine packaging where each disk is shoved into the sleeves of a book. Such a layout will no doubt leave scratches on your disks the more times you slide them in and out of the packaging.

Why not just put the discs in individual cases for ease of access and leave the package on a shelf?

I pre-ordered mine (Amazon Canada) on May 18th, the first day we could do that. No news at the 'My Account: Orders/Returns' page until today... It reads: "Arriving 15 Sep - 30 Sep". WTF is their problem? I'm more than a little choked, here! ...The reason why we pre-order, is so that they know how much to bring in. That and a little more than what they need, right? Add the fact that they've hiked up the price from original pre-order of almost $150 Cdn to almost $190 the first time, to almost $240 as today (and a notation that they had 1 left in stock) and yeah this is damn frustrating. Glad I locked it in at the first price point, but pissed that it's gonna take them a month or more to get it to me. ARRRGH!!

That's a really nice set. I'd pick it up myself but I already have the films on bluray. Cant justify spending that much for something I already have. Specially in these u certain financial times. Great video. Would like to see some reviews on the recently released mill creek ultra sets.
