Can't exactly follow your question. Maybe you have installed different AutoCAD version/product.

You can google that erorr message. It is quite common and well explained. It is not just for AutoCAD but also other Autodesk related products. I have installed this ...can I use this as autocad Electrical

It is a separate install. But it will use already installed AutoCAD and will simply add Electrical part on top of it. Just start the Electrical install in addition. Installer should be available in similar way, search Electrical subpage.
